The 2026 competition brought together contestants from more than 25 countries, highlighting a broader concept of beauty that combines physical, emotional and inner wellbeing. Contestants were given the opportunity to present their personalities, ideas, attitudes and approaches to healthy living alongside their stage presence.
The final competition was officially opened by Professor Dr. Kriengsak Chareonwongsak, Miss Wellness World and Chairman of the Nation-Building International Institute (NBII), together with Sakuna Rojanapanich, Managing Director of Miss Wellness World Co., Ltd.
Miss Wellness World aims to identify women who can serve as Wellness Ambassadors and promote a holistic understanding of beauty that goes beyond physical appearance, encompassing health, self-care, positive energy and quality of life.

Throughout the competition, contestants from 25 countries participated in activities across Thailand, providing opportunities for cultural exchange, sharing perspectives on health and wellbeing, and building international connections.
Under the theme “Beauty with Wellness,” the pageant promotes health awareness, disease prevention and balanced, sustainable lifestyles. It also introduces the “Health to Wealth” concept, linking health and wellbeing with quality of life and broader economic development.
With Thailand hosting Miss Wellness World 2026, the event also highlights the country's position as a destination for health and wellness tourism. As the newly crowned Miss Wellness World 2026, Sanvi Mandal will represent the Beauty with Wellness philosophy and carry its message to audiences around the world.
